Our Mission

Our mission is to become the customer-driven alternative source provider of service solutions to aerospace OEM aftermarket consumers of aerospace mechanical hardware. We strive to offer the fastest response to inquiries, the lowest consistently quoted lead times, and on-time, rejection-free delivery dependability. Our Capabilities

We offer a wide range of services, including fabrication, testing, and inspection of fasteners. Our capabilities include material testing, tensile testing, fatigue testing, double shear testing, stress durability testing, metallurgical examination, positive material identification, recess torque testing, and magnetic permeability testing. We also offer a variety of surface treatments, including passivation, aluminum coating, cetyl alcohol, and dry film lubricant.

Our Product Range

We produce high-strength, fatigue-rated, close-tolerance fasteners using a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy, titanium, waspaloy, A-286, monel, and multiphase. Our head styles include 12-point, spline, hex, pan, recess, slab, and specials. Our diameter capability starts at a #6 up to 1 inch.

Our Facilities

In June 2009, we relocated to a newly constructed factory, designed to facilitate an intuitive workflow, capacity growth for current processes, the addition of manufacturing and testing processes, and the eventual significant expansion of factory square footage. This state-of-the-art facility allows us to efficiently manage our operations and ensure the highest level of quality in every product we produce.
