Our Story
Ricardo Chavez-Mendez, the Master of Curvismo, has been perfecting his art style for years, and his work has been showcased internationally in Mexico, China, Korea, Turkey, Japan, Australia, and Denmark. As the official portrait artist of the Mariachi Spectacular! de Albuquerque Mariachi Hall of Fame since 1994, Ricardo has also done family portraits and has been featured in various publications. His students have dubbed him the "Dali of the Desert, " and his art style is a fusion of curvism, surrealism, and abstract expressionism.
