At Spirit & Nature / East Sac Yoga, we invite you to join us on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and inner peace. Our mission is to create a supportive and calming environment where individuals of all ages and abilities can come together to practice traditional Ananda Yoga, a holistic and meditative approach to yoga.
Our Services
At Spirit & Nature / East Sac Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our classes are carefully crafted to help you slow down, relax, and connect with your inner self. We cater to students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and offer modifications and accommodations for individuals with physical challenges.
In-Person Classes
We offer in-person classes at two convenient locations: Lion's Roar Dharma Center and Sacramento Yoga Center. Each class typically includes a series of postures, with distinct periods of stillness to rest, breathe, and deepen awareness. We also offer Yoga Nidra, a completely effortless and deeply relaxing experience that targets the body's energy systems.
Online Classes
In addition to our in-person classes, we offer online sessions that provide the convenience and privacy you need. Our online classes are designed to cater to your schedule and lifestyle, allowing you to practice yoga from the comfort of your own home. We offer a range of online pass options and membership packages to suit your needs.
