Empowering individuals to achieve their mental health goals

At the Saturday Center for Psychotherapy, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in the West Los Angeles area. Our experienced team of therapists, supervisors, and trainers are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their mental health goals in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

Our Mission

Our mission is two-fold. Firstly, we aim to provide the highest quality psychotherapy to the community at affordable fees in a private practice setting. Secondly, we provide a unique training program for students of psychotherapy, where they can learn to recognize and understand the critical role of their own character structures in the essential therapeutic relationships with their clients.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy. Our team of experienced therapists specializes in treating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. We also offer a unique training program for advanced graduate and post-graduate students in psychology, which provides a comprehensive understanding of intersubjective psychotherapy.

Our Team

Our team of experienced therapists, supervisors, and trainers are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their mental health goals. Our team includes experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including Dr. Bruce Brodie, Dr. Zena Darwish, Dr. Judith Davenport, Dr. Monica Farassat, Dr. Susan Frankel, Steve Kadel, Dr. Vanessa Katz, and Dr. Niaz Khani. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Our History

The Saturday Center for Psychotherapy was founded on the principles of providing high-quality, affordable psychotherapy services to the community. Our founders, a group of experienced therapists and trainers, came together to create a unique training program that would provide students with a comprehensive understanding of intersubjective psychotherapy. Today, we are proud to be one of the leading providers of psychotherapy services in the West Los Angeles area.
