Our Story

Chef David's passion for cooking began at a young age, inspired by his multicultural family recipes. As a teenager, he gained hands-on experience in a busy Chinese restaurant, which fueled his desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

Education and Experience

David attended culinary school in Farmington Hills, Michigan, graduating with honors and becoming the class sous chef. He began his professional cooking career in Michigan, quickly rising through the ranks to become the head chef of a restaurant and bar. He then moved to Florida, where he worked as a sous chef at a prestigious country club and later as an executive chef.
