At Pathways High, we believe that every learner has the potential to unleash their unique talents and positively impact local and global communities. Our mission is to unlock ALL learners' potential, NOW. We do this by supporting and celebrating individual learners' unique strengths and passions.

Our Vision

Our vision is to have our graduates become outstanding citizens, prepared to use their talents to positively impact local and global communities in college, career, and beyond. We strive to create a learning environment that fosters creativity, diversity, and interconnectedness. By embracing diversity by design and promoting trust, we build a community that values the uniqueness of every individual.

Real-World Learning

Our Real-World Learning Model is comprised of three mutually reinforcing components: Interdisciplinary Seminars, Daily Advisory, and IMPACT Experiences. Our academic and future-readiness standards are accomplished in a real-world context. This approach allows learners to make meaningful connections between academic concepts and real-world problems.

EMPOWER

At Pathways High, we believe in empowering learners with essential life skills. Our core values, EMPOWER, are intertwined with our mastery standards and assessed for credit upon graduation. We reinforce the use of these critical skills during Advisory, where learners build relationships and create a supportive environment for growth and cultural competence.
