As a Austin, TX based company, we take pride in our ability to handle any size job and any style of flooring, tile, wood, or vinyl. Our team, led by CEO and designer Ruben Palomo, has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, bringing knowledge and design expertise to every project. We strive to provide exceptional service, quality products, and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Customer Service
The unhappy customer, Alexander Burns, felt that the owner, Ruben, did not care about his customers, despite being the owner of the company. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness led to a very negative experience. On the other hand, Nancy Rainosek had a positive experience with Ruben, who personally came out to show her tile samples and ensured that the installation was done on time and at a reasonable price.
Work Quality
The quality of work is also a point of contention. Alexander Burns was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work, while Nancy Rainosek was happy with the quality of the flooring installation.
