Our Process

For a start-to-finish project, our process begins with a phone call or a meeting in our showroom for an initial consultation and product review. Once materials are ordered and shipping time calculated, we'll schedule your installation and let you know how to prepare for work to get underway. Throughout the installation process, Julian reviews the work of each of our installers to ensure it meets our exacting standards. We perform a final site review with you and cover how to care for your chosen material so that it performs at its best.
