Minisceongo Yacht Club is a member-run yacht club located in Stony Point, NY, on the beautiful Hudson River. Established in 1941, our club has been providing a haven for boating enthusiasts to come together, share their passion for sailing, and create lasting memories. With our rich history, stunning surroundings, and top-notch facilities, we offer an unparalleled boating experience.

Our History

Minisceongo Yacht Club has a long and storied history. Founded by a group of dedicated sailors, our club has been a staple of the Hudson River Valley's boating community for over 80 years. Our Bylaws state that "the object of the Club shall be to encourage the sport of yachting, particularly in the Hudson River Valley, to promote the science of seamanship and navigation and to provide and maintain a suitable clubhouse and anchorage for the recreation and use of its members and guests." Over the years, our members have worked tirelessly to maintain and improve our facilities, ensuring that we continue to provide an exceptional experience for our members and their guests.

Our Facilities

Our club is situated on the picturesque Minisceongo Harbor, offering stunning views of the Hudson River and surrounding landscape. Our facilities include a brand-new clubhouse, 140 slips on six docks, park-like grounds with grills and picnic areas at each dock, a large pavilion for social activities, bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, and a large boat storage yard with a 35-ton travel lift for boats up to 48 feet. We also have a launch ramp, making it easy to get your boat in and out of the water. Whether you're looking to store your boat, host an event, or simply enjoy a day on the water, we have everything you need.
