Our firm was founded by William F. Nicholson, who had a vision of providing expert accounting services to the local community. Over the years, our team of certified public accountants (CPAs) has continued to grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Our History

Our journey began in 1961 when William F. Nicholson founded his own accounting firm in Fort Walton Beach. At the time, the office consisted of William Nicholson and one other staff member. In 1973, Larry E. Reeder joined the firm, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. The partnership of Nicholson & Reeder Certified Public Accountants was established in 1976. In 1985, Patricia A. Demski joined the firm and became a partner, and in 1997, Diana S. Reynolds joined the firm as a partner. Today, our firm continues to thrive, with a team of experienced CPAs providing a wide range of accounting and financial services to our clients.
