At Gymstrada Gymnastics, we're proud to have been serving the Hampton Roads community for over 35 years. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. Our experienced coaching staff is dedicated to helping each student reach their fullest potential, whether they're just starting out or have been competing for years.
Our Philosophy
At Gymstrada, we believe that every student is an individual, and we strive to provide a nurturing and encouraging environment that fosters a love for gymnastics. We're committed to helping our students develop not only their gymnastics skills but also their physical abilities, confidence, and self-esteem.
Our Facilities
Our state-of-the-art facility in Virginia Beach includes multiple gymnastics apparatus, a trampoline, and a foam pit. Our coaches are always available to provide guidance and support as students work on their skills. We also have a viewing/lounge area for parents and spectators to observe from behind the glass in our lobby area.
Our Coaches
Our coaching staff consists of experienced professionals who are all USA Gymnastics professional members and maintain current safety certifications and background checks. Our coaches have a wealth of experience and knowledge, with many having competed as gymnasts themselves.
Our Programs
At Gymstrada, we offer a range of programs to suit all ages and skill levels. From recreational classes to competitive teams, we have something for everyone. Our programs include private lessons, group classes, and summer camps. We also host several meet events throughout the year, including the Gymstrada Invitational and the Virginia Beach Classic.
Our Successes
We're proud of our many successful gymnasts who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level, including several who have been accepted to universities such as Winona State, University of Illinois, University of Michigan, and more. Our goal is to train gymnasts to compete at the collegiate level, and we're thrilled to have had several students achieve this goal.
