Tidewater Gymnastics Academy

We are Tidewater Gymnastics Academy, a gymnastics school founded by two Norfolk natives who share a deep passion for the sport. Our mission is to empower youth through gymnastics, providing quality instruction for children of all ages and skill levels. Our team of enthusiastic coaches serves as positive role models, fostering both athletic and personal growth. Located in Norfolk, Virginia, we operate in a central Hampton Roads location near Old Dominion University, the Norfolk Naval Base, and within reach of Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. We offer structured programs including beginner gymnastics, girls' gymnastics, fitness and tumbling, obstacle courses, and specialized camps.

Our Xcel Team Program provides competitive opportunities across four levels, with practice schedules tailored to each athlete's development. With over a decade of experience, our coaches prioritize safety, skill progression, and creating a supportive environment. We maintain transparent policies for registration, pricing, and operations, ensuring clarity for all families. Our facility hosts birthday parties, field trips, and community events, extending our commitment to youth engagement beyond regular classes.
