Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs and services, including gymnastics classes, tumbling classes, obstacle course training, and birthday parties. Our programs are designed to cater to children of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced and certified coaches provide individualized attention and instruction to ensure that each child receives the support they need to succeed.

Gymnastics Classes

Our gymnastics classes are designed to help children develop their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. We offer classes for boys and girls, from beginner to advanced levels. Our experienced coaches provide individualized instruction and support to help each child progress at their own pace.

Tumbling Classes

Our tumbling classes focus on developing tumbling skills, including flips, twists, and handsprings. Our experienced coaches provide individualized instruction and support to help each child master new skills and build confidence.

Obstacle Course Training

Our obstacle course training program is designed to challenge children physically and mentally. Our course includes a variety of obstacles, including tunnels, walls, and balance beams. Our experienced coaches provide guidance and support to help each child navigate the course and build confidence in their abilities.

Birthday Parties

We offer birthday party packages that include gymnastics, tumbling, and obstacle course activities. Our parties are designed to be fun and engaging, and our experienced coaches provide supervision and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

About Our Owners

Tidewater Gymnastics Academy is owned by two Norfolk natives who are passionate about gymnastics and dedicated to providing a high-quality program for children in the Hampton Roads area. Our owners, Kevin Felts and Shannon Johnson, bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the academy, and are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all our students.
