Instructors use age-appropriate techniques to teach basic self-defense concepts and social skills.
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Kids Jiu Jitsu classes focus on self-defense, physical development, and character building for school-age children. Our curriculum combines technical instruction with confidence-building exercises, teaching respect, focus, and perseverance through practical martial arts applications.
Teen/Adult BJJ
Teen and adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs develop comprehensive self-defense skills, physical fitness, and mental resilience. Classes include gi and no-gi training options, covering grappling techniques, positional control, and practical self-defense scenarios for real-world applications.
Gi Training
Gi training follows traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu methods using the standard uniform. This style emphasizes grip control, strategic positioning, and technical submissions, developing both physical skills and tactical problem-solving abilities through structured sparring sessions.
No-Gi Training
No-Gi training focuses on submission wrestling techniques using athletic wear instead of traditional uniforms. This fast-paced format develops quick reflexes, body control, and practical self-defense skills applicable in real-life situations without reliance on fabric grips.
