Our Team
Our team of certified inspectors includes Chris M. Knack, a certified ASHI inspector, NRPP certified radon measurement provider, certified residential thermographer, and certified mold inspector, with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Chris takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has inspected thousands of homes for over a decade.
Ron Tipton, also a certified ASHI inspector, NRPP certified radon measurement provider, certified residential thermographer, and certified mold inspector, has been inspecting homes for close to 20 years and has a successful multi-inspector business. Ron was a home inspector instructor for many years and loves to teach buyers all about their new homes.
Carole Knack, our office manager and scheduler, ensures that the inspection process runs smoothly and efficiently.
