Poor Quality of Inspections
Lighthouse Property Inspections have received several complaints from customers who felt that the inspections were not thorough enough or conducted by an experienced expert. Donnie Farris also experienced issues with the inspection, including a sump pump that wasn't working properly and flickering lights that turned out to be a code violation.

No Response from Inspector
Donnie Farris was especially disappointed with the lack of response from the inspector, Paul Sanders, after he reported issues with the sump pump and flickering lights. Paul Sanders never followed up on the issues, despite being informed of the problems.
