Our Team
Our team consists of Kate Johnson, Managing Partner/Licensed Massage Therapist, and Nya Echevarria, Licensed Massage Therapist. Kate's passion for holistic health care and healthy nutrition led her to become a massage therapist, and she continues to study and expand her knowledge in various modalities. Nya, a retired Pastry Chef turned Licensed Massage Therapist, brings her own unique energy and creativity to her massage sessions.

We offer individual, couples, and 4-handed massages, each tailored to meet your unique needs. Before beginning each massage, you'll have a pre-consult with your massage therapist to discuss your therapeutic needs for the treatment session. Our modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Therapy, often blending more than one to provide the most effective therapeutic experience. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxed environment where you can let go of tension and stress, and simply breathe.
Restorative Yoga Massage
