Empowering individuals through martial arts, regardless of ability

My Martial Arts is a martial arts instruction facility located in Dallas, TX. We provide instruction for everyone, regardless of their needs or abilities. Founded in 2016 by Tony Rios, we are the first facility in North Texas to provide an Adaptive Fitness/Martial Arts program to children and adults living with special needs.

Mainstream Programs

In addition to our Adaptive programs, we offer martial arts and fitness classes to mainstream children and adults. Our classes are designed to benefit students physically, mentally, and emotionally. We believe that martial arts is for everyone, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our students.

Adaptive Programs

Our Adaptive programs have been developed to serve people who live with physical and developmental challenges. These programs give them an opportunity to learn in a comfortable and challenging setting, and allow them to earn rank and see their own progression. Our Adaptive programs are led by experienced instructors who are trained to work with students of all abilities.

Private Training

We also offer private training sessions for students who are looking for a more personalized learning experience. These sessions can be tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the student, and are a great option for those who are looking to accelerate their progress or focus on specific aspects of their training.

SNAPMAT

Our SNAPMAT program is a specialized martial arts mat designed for adaptive athletes. The SNAPMAT is made with a unique, interlocking system that provides a safe and stable surface for students of all abilities to train on.

Community Involvement

At My Martial Arts, we are committed to making a positive impact in our community. We regularly host and participate in events that benefit local charities and causes. We believe that martial arts is about more than just self-defense; it's about building character, developing discipline, and creating a strong sense of community.
