At ABC Defensive Driving, we are dedicated to providing a superior court-approved defensive driving program designed to ensure a safer, more knowledgeable Arizona driving experience. Our mission is to educate Arizona drivers to state traffic laws, their responsibilities as drivers, and to provide proven defensive driving techniques to reduce accidents and traffic violations.
Our Services
We offer state-approved in-person classes with convenient schedules serving the Mesa/Gilbert area. Our affiliate also offers an online class in English, Spanish, and with captions to support deaf or hard of hearing students. Our classes are entertaining and engaging while teaching vital, safe driving principles and current traffic laws of Arizona.
Eligibility
We understand that not everyone is eligible to take our defensive driving class. Please be aware that completion of our class does not mean automatic dismissal of your ticket. You must check and meet the eligibility requirements. If court records reveal that you are not eligible or do not comply to requirements, you will forfeit your class fee and the matter of your ticket will be set for a hearing.
Scheduling and Registration
We offer various class schedules and locations to accommodate your needs. You can choose to attend an in-person class in Gilbert or take our online course from the comfort of your own home. Please note that you must register at least 10 days before your court date and complete the course 7 days prior to your court date.
Fees and Payments
We offer competitive fees for our in-person and online classes. Please note that payment is due on the day of class upon check-in. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, money order, cashier's check, and online payment apps.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Please note that ABC's class fees are non-refundable once a student has checked in on the day of the scheduled class.
