Tiny Tigers Program
Our Tiny Tigers program (ages 4-6) builds foundational skills through age-appropriate martial arts training. Students develop balance, motor skills, and mental focus while learning respect, discipline, and teamwork. The curriculum uses modified rank systems with Starbursts to track progress, preparing children for the Juniors Program. Parents report improved self-confidence and academic performance in participants.
Juniors Program
Designed for ages 7-12, this program refines mental and physical abilities through structured Hapkido instruction. Students improve concentration, self-control, and social skills while learning self-defense techniques. Partner drills emphasize teamwork and benevolence, with curriculum components covering forms, sparring, and traditional weapons training to support holistic development.
Youth & Adults Program
Dynamic training for ages 13+ focusing on self-defense, fitness, and character development. Classes incorporate striking, grappling, and conditioning exercises to improve coordination, stamina, and confidence. Students learn practical self-defense applications while developing mental alertness and respect through traditional Korean martial arts principles.
Weapons Training
Advanced students (blue belt+) train with traditional Korean weapons including short staff, swords, fans, and rope. This curriculum enhances balance, timing, and discipline while deepening understanding of Hapkido principles. Weapon techniques improve hand-to-hand combat skills through focused practice on precision and control.
Sparring Classes
Structured sparring sessions develop practical self-defense skills through controlled partner drills.
