No Gi Grappling: Focuses on ground fighting, submission holds, and joint locks.

Mixed Martial Arts: A comprehensive program that combines elements of kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Membership and Pricing

We offer a range of membership options to suit individual needs and goals. Our membership fees are as follows:

Kids Program: $200 per month (minimum 3-class-per-week commitment)
Adult Program: $200 per month (minimum 2-class-per-week commitment)

Holidays and Special Events

Memorial and Labor Day: Closed
4th of July, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day: Closed
