Each site includes picnic tables and fire rings while maintaining strict environmental standards through proper waste management. With accommodations for 32 trailers and 36 motorhomes, our park balances accessibility with natural surroundings.
1 Bed Log Cabins
These compact cabins offer full bathrooms, kitchenettes with microwave and refrigerator, and climate-controlled comfort. Private covered porches with rocking chairs provide mountain views while amenities like free WiFi and cable TV ensure modern convenience for couples or solo travelers.
A-Frame Cabins
Spacious A-Frame cabins feature queen beds, full bathrooms, and complete kitchenettes. Outdoor amenities include charcoal grills and access to communal fire rings. These pet-friendly accommodations with linens provided cater to families seeking comfortable mountain retreats with essential amenities.
Heated Swimming Pool

Are pets allowed in the park?
Yes, pets are welcome but must remain leashed at all times per Pigeon Forge regulations. Pet owners must clean up after their animals and supervise them near fire rings.
How close are you to Dollywood and Gatlinburg?
We're minutes from Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. The trolley route provides direct transportation to both locations without needing personal vehicles.
What are check-in/check-out procedures?
Check-in before 11:00 AM. Checkout by 11:00 AM. Reservations require advance registration through our office. Changes need direct phone contact at least 7-21 days prior depending on booking size.
Do cabins include kitchen supplies?
Cabins provide basic kitchen appliances but guests should bring their own kitchen items. Linens and towels included except for pool towel usage which requires personal provision.
Is the park open year-round?
We operate seasonally from April 1st through October 31st annually. No reservations accepted between November and March during our seasonal closure period.
