Our journey began as "The Vug, " a unique establishment that sold one-of-a-kind rocks, gems, fossils, minerals, gifts, and jewelry that our founders mined and sought after with their own hands. Over time, our passion for rocks and gems evolved into a passion for creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry. Our Story
Our story began with Joe, the founder of 9th and 9th Jewelers, who started as a rock hound with a passion for collecting unique rocks and gems. As his children grew older, they joined him on his adventures, and together, they turned their finds into beautiful pieces of jewelry. In 1989, Joe decided to open his own shop, where he could share his passion with the community. Over the years, Joe's son, Braxton, joined the business, and together, they've built a reputation for creating stunning, one-of-a-kind jewelry that tells a story.
