Our Story
Viva Pet Care was founded by Dr. Dennis Leon, a veterinarian with over 20 years of experience. The concept of Viva Pet Care was born out of a conversation between Dr. Leon and his colleague, Dr. Mark Nunez, who wondered why low-cost veterinary care and high-quality veterinary care had to be mutually exclusive. After years of development, Viva Pet Care finally opened its doors in 2017, offering a comprehensive list of outpatient medical services for dogs and cats in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.
