What are your operating hours?
We offer flexible scheduling with drop-off/pickup Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday at 9:00am. Late pickups incur additional fees. Emergency care outside these hours requires prior arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and CashApp payments. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for holiday reservations. Payment terms and deposit requirements are clearly communicated during booking.
Do you provide updates during my dog's stay?
Yes, we provide regular text updates with photos and videos showing your dog's activities. This communication ensures peace of mind and keeps you connected to your pet's daily experiences while you're away.
