Our team is led by Richard Burton, RPM, Managing Broker, Operations, Property Manager. Richard has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, Computer Technology, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Service. He has merged his skills with specialized Real Estate property management training to build a strong foundation of knowledge and experience to better serve our clients. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa and is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, Member Atlanta Board of Realtors, Member FMLS, Member GAREIA (Georgia Real Estate Investors Association), and Member PMI (Project Management Institute).
Elisabeth (Lisa) Burton, CFP, CPA, CFO, Accounting is our go-to expert for any accounting questions, including statements or reporting. With over 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Investor, Landlord, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), and Insurance Specialist, Lisa has the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and timely financial guidance. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Lisa is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), FMLS, and GAMLS.
