Our Story
In 2009, co-founders Pat Bolger and Ronan Agnew joined forces to establish Dunros Construction. Each partner has over two decades of experience in the building and remodeling trades. Our co-founders met while working on a project together and were brought together by their shared passion for building and renovating homes. With their extensive expertise in construction, they decided to start their own company with a focus on providing exceptional service to their clients.

Meet Our Co-Founders
Ronan Agnew brings a depth of experience in the construction industry to the company. He's an expert at facilitating an effective work environment and has completed his carpentry apprenticeship at the age of 20 during a booming economy in Ireland. Ronan lives in Marin County with his wife, a chiropractor, and three young daughters.
Pat Bolger, a graduate of the University of Brighton's Engineering program in the UK, is involved in both the hands-on construction and project management. He takes great care to deliver projects on deadline, spending most of his time on site. Clients have repeatedly expressed their appreciation for the sense of precision and pride he brings to the work. Pat enjoys spending time in nature: mountain biking, backcountry snowboarding, and paddleboarding.
