What is your return policy for jewelry and watches?
In-store refunds within 7 days, exchanges within 30 days. Exclusions apply for special orders, engraved items, and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned returns (7 days with a $750 fee).
Do you offer jewelry appraisals for non-Tiny Jewel Box purchases?
We only provide insurance appraisals for items purchased at Tiny Jewel Box within the last two years. Referrals available for external appraisals.
How should I clean my diamond or gemstone jewelry at home?
Use ammonia-water solution or commercial cleaner for diamonds. Gently scrub with a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals for pearls and consult a jeweler for delicate gemstones.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Do you service watches from brands other than Rolex?
We are authorized to service Rolex and select Swiss brands. For non-authorized brands, we recommend contacting the specific manufacturer's service center.
