• Sam Baugh, President: With over 30 years of experience in construction, Sam specializes in estimating and project management. His love of construction began in high school, and he has worked his way up from a laborer to the president of Pacific Coast General Engineering. Despite being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1990, Sam's passion for construction has never wavered.
• Melody Baugh, CEO: Melody has been instrumental in the success of Pacific Coast General Engineering, providing support and guidance to her husband, Sam, as he built the business from the ground up.
• Phil Vallejo, General Manager: With over 50 years of experience in General Engineering Construction, Phil has been involved in all aspects of the industry, from operating heavy equipment in the field to owning his own company for over 20 years. His knowledge and experience help ensure that we provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
• Derrick Lozano, Vice President Estimator / Project Manager: Derrick has extensive experience in estimating and project management, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Sammy Baugh, Vice President Project Manager: Sammy specializes in project management, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.
• Jared Baugh, Vice President Project Manager: Jared is an experienced project manager, ensuring that our clients' projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
