Our Services
At Lands End Physical Therapy, we focus on providing individualized care to each of our patients. Our services are designed to relieve pain, retrain movement patterns, and help you return to the activities you love.
*Relief*
We understand that pain can make it difficult to be your best. That's why our first focus is on relieving your pain. We use a variety of soothing modalities, such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, and manual therapies to help alleviate your discomfort.
*Retrain*
From sprained ankles to surgically-repaired rotator cuffs, and everything in between, we are here to help. Our physical therapy is more than just strength training. We work with you to retrain your movement patterns, provide custom ergonomics training, and educate you on postural education. By the time you leave PT, you'll have a better understanding of how your body works and what it needs to keep moving.
*Return*
Our goal at Lands End Physical Therapy is to help you return to what you've been missing. Whether it's biking down Hawk Hill, training for the next Bay to Breakers, or keeping up with your kids at Little League, we want to help you return to what makes you whole, as quickly and safely as possible. Sport-specific training and lifelong upkeep education are an integral part of our PT process.
