The majority of customers had positive interactions with the staff at Paragon Supply, but there were a few instances where customers felt disrespected or unhelpful. One customer, Stephen Uram, was extremely dissatisfied with the service he received, stating that the staff members he interacted with were rude and insulting. Another customer, Heather DeVito, had a poor experience with Val, who she described as being appallingly rude. However, both of these customers received apologies and attempts at resolution, with Michael Barbato coming to Val's defense and suggesting that she may have had a bad day.

Positive Experiences

On the other hand, many customers had overwhelmingly positive interactions with the staff at Paragon Supply. One customer, Johanna Erickson, was impressed with the helpful and wonderful service she received from TJ and Mike. Another customer, Jag Amitaba, expressed gratitude towards Val and Mike for their assistance. Customers such as Johnny Perry and Donna Andre also praised the knowledgeable and courteous staff. Heather DeVito, despite her poor experience with Val, did mention that everyone else at the store was friendly.
