Our journey began in 2007, when Hurricanes Katrina and Rita devastated New Orleans. Founded by Barb and Larry Grosshans, EFS Catering emerged as a response to the need for catering services during those challenging times. Starting with a 53-foot custom-built trailer, we've grown from our humble beginnings to become a dedicated local catering company. We're proud to have evolved into a thriving business, thanks to our unwavering commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.
