Our Services
We offer a range of counseling services, including child and teen counseling, adult individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our team of experienced therapists specializes in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, and eating disorders. We also offer neurofeedback training, psychoeducational evaluations, ADHD and autism testing, and learning disability testing and diagnosis.
Our Approach
At Mountain Vista Psychology, we believe in an integrative and holistic approach to mental health care. We utilize cutting-edge therapies that often help create change in ways that talking alone cannot. Some of the therapies we may use include EMDR, neurofeedback, Alpha-Stim, and Heart Math. By incorporating therapies that retrain your body and brain, we can get changes much quicker. We work as a team, and our large team of therapists allows us to serve multiple family members and coordinate care.
