My spiritual journey has been one of questioning, exploring, and embracing the boundless nature of consciousness. Raised with a Catholic background, I soon realized the limitations of traditional religious frameworks and embarked on a quest for a more personal and nuanced understanding of the divine.

My path has led me through diverse experiences: working in parish adult education, volunteering at a bookstore, training as a spiritual director, and eventually earning a doctorate in ministry. This eclectic background fosters a flexible and inclusive approach to spiritual exploration, honoring diverse perspectives and facilitating a space of deep personal growth for each individual.

My philosophy draws inspiration from diverse spiritual traditions, including Jungian thought, the mystical writings of figures like Etty Hillesum and Rumi, and the wisdom of contemporary spiritual teachers.

I believe in a fluid and evolving relationship with the divine, one characterized by curiosity, questioning, and trust. This journey is not about achieving specific outcomes, but about embracing the abundance of life itself, with all its joys and challenges.
