Our Programs
At TaeKwonDo Plus, we offer a range of programs designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our students. Our programs include:
Tiger Cubs: A fun and interactive program for children ages 4-6 that develops coordination, concentration, and social skills.
Junior TaeKwonDo: A comprehensive program for students ages 6-13 that focuses on physical, emotional, and social development, including self-defense skills and academic values.
Adult TaeKwonDo: A program designed for adults 14 and above that focuses on physical fitness, self-defense, and stress relief.
