Our Story
At Hidden Oak Winery, we're passionate about crafting exceptional wines that tell a story. Our journey began with a shared vision to create a winery that would showcase the best of what Paso Robles has to offer. Nestled in the picturesque town of Templeton, our winery is situated 5 miles east of downtown Templeton, overlooking the beautiful Paso Robles Valley.

Our focus on growing our own grapes allows us to carefully control the vine-to-bottle process, ensuring that every bottle meets our high standards.
Our Vineyard
Our vineyard, located in the El Pomar area of Templeton, is considered one of the finest in the Central Coast. The rocky limestone and clay composition of the Linne Calodo soil provides the perfect conditions for growing healthy, flavorful grapes.
Our Winemaking Process
Our winemaking process is designed to coax the best from our grapes. We employ traditional techniques, combined with modern expertise, to craft wines that are both approachable and complex. From harvesting to bottling, we're committed to ensuring that every step of the process is done with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Visiting Us
We invite you to visit our tasting room, which is open Friday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm. If you're visiting during a time when we're not open, please give us a call, and we'll be happy to arrange a private tasting of our wines.
