Our Story
The Cove was born in April 2001 as an afterthought to a carwash and a coin laundry. Initially, we only served ice cream and hot sandwiches. As I, Lisa Asvestas, discovered my passion for the hospitality business and food, I continued to expand the restaurant. In 2003, I began studying Ayurveda, which taught me the importance of balance in life and the impact of food on our well-being. This newfound knowledge inspired me to reformulate our menu to focus on healthier, organic options.
