Founded in 2007 by Chef Alejandro Santoyo, Pesto Ristorante is the culmination of his passion for Italian food, love of cooking, and encouragement from his loving wife, Nora. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Santoyo has developed a unique style that combines the flavors and techniques of Italy with his own Spanish background.
