At Rosine's Restaurant, we pride ourselves on our rich history, dating back to 1980 when the Culcasi family opened our doors for the first time. Since then, we have built a reputation for serving delicious, homemade Italian-American comfort food with a focus on using only the freshest ingredients. Our family-owned and operated restaurant has been voted the best comfort food, desserts, and family restaurant in Monterey County by readers of various publications, including the Monterey Herald, Monterey County Weekly, and the Carmel Pine Cone.
