Our Story
Our journey began in 2015 when Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery first opened its doors in the heart of San Antonio's Pearl district. Led by Chef Balfour, our team brought together the best of Texas' cross-cultural cuisine, combined with Head Brewer Les Locke's unique craftsmanship of distinguished custom brews. Our restaurant quickly became the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike, who were drawn to our unique culinary concept and exceptional service.
Our Expansion
Since then, we have expanded to multiple locations in San Antonio, including Southerleigh Haute South in the RIM district and Brasserie Mon Chou Chou in the Pearl district. Our Haute South location offers a first-of-its-kind fine-casual dining experience featuring mouth-watering fried chicken dishes, while Brasserie Mon Chou Chou showcases quintessential French comfort food with a focus on simple, earthy, and flavorful dishes from France.
