Happy Customers make for a Happy Business!
At Asian Mint Restaurant Group, we are passionate about serving our customers with the finest Asian fusion cuisine and exceptional service. Our story began in 2005, when our founder and owner, Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, opened the first location in Dallas, Texas. Since then, we have expanded to five locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Our Philosophy
At Asian Mint, we value healthy, innovative, and flavorful food that reflects our commitment to freshness, responsibility, and trustworthiness. We believe that our service is not just about serving food, but about creating a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Our Services
Our restaurant offers a variety of Asian fusion dishes, from traditional Thai cuisine to innovative and refreshing twists. Our menu is carefully crafted to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. We also offer a full-service bar with a selection of signature drinks, including organic wines and martinis. Our dessert menu is a must-try, with its unique and decadent creations.
Chef Nikky's Story
Chef Nikky's culinary journey began in Bangkok, Thailand, where she grew up surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of street food markets. She brought her passion and expertise to Dallas, where she graduated from Hockaday School and later attended El Centro College Culinary School. Chef Nikky's dream was to share her love of Asian cuisine with the Dallas community, and Asian Mint was born.
