At Salvatore's Events & Catering, we're a family owned and operated business that has been providing superior customer service for weddings, celebrations, and events like yours for nearly 50 years. Our story began in the mid 1900's when Salvatore Collura, our founder's father, started his own business selling fresh fruits and vegetables from his produce truck. This humble beginning laid the foundation for our commitment to hard work, dedication, and customer service.
Our History
Over the years, our family business grew and evolved, with Joseph Collura, the current owner, gaining invaluable experience in business management and operations. In 1967, Joe was hired at Caste Village Dairy, a large restaurant and Delicatessen in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, where he developed a mature understanding of business dynamics. This experience provided the skills and knowledge necessary to continue growing in the Food Industry.
Our Services
Today, Salvatore's Events & Catering is a division of Little Giant World of Catering, Inc., and is conveniently located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We offer three separate event spaces that can comfortably accommodate 40 to 350 guests. Our services include:
