Abby Day, a patient of Dr. Belasco, alleges that the practice overcharged her and did not inform her that she was owed a refund after the insurance claim was processed. She discovered the discrepancy when checking her claims and found that she was overcharged by almost $250. This experience was not an isolated incident, as she experienced similar issues with two different insurances.
