Our Story
As survivors of the Holocaust, Helen Colin and her husband came to America with a dream of building a new life. In 1950, they opened their first jewelry store in Houston, marking the beginning of The Jewel Box at Smith Tower. Today, three generations of the family are actively involved in the business, carrying on Helen's legacy of creating exceptional relationships with customers based on trust and respect.

Muriel Meicler and Michele Meicler are the next generation of the family who proudly carry on Helen's legacy. They are always on-site, ready to meet each person's unique needs, preferences, and desires.
