At Dr. Arenia C. Mallory Community Health Center, we believe in providing high-quality, customer-oriented, and cost-effective healthcare services to all individuals in Holmes, Carroll, Madison, Leflore Counties, and surrounding communities. Our mission is to deliver medical care in a safe and accessible environment, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. We utilize a family practice model of care, which means our dedicated interdisciplinary team works together with patients to manage their health. This team includes medical providers, nurses, case managers, and other specialists who follow patients closely and help them set obtainable health-related goals.

Our providers are ready to meet all of your primary care needs, from common colds to chronic disease management. We offer convenient and accessible hours and locations. Our medical team is comprised of family practice physicians, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants. Additionally, our Dental Team includes dentists and dental assistants, along with support staff at each location. Our Behavioral Health and Enabling Services team includes licensed clinical social workers, case managers, and community health workers.

We understand that every patient is unique and has different health needs. Therefore, we offer a wide range of services, including Pediatric Care, Family Medicine, Women's Health, Prenatal Care, Dental Services, Integrative Behavioral Health, WIC, Immunizations, PrEP HIV and STD Testing, DOT Physicals, Pre-Employment Physicals, Sports Physicals, Community Outreach, Family Planning, Centering Pregnancy, Social Services, Insurance Enrollment, and much more.

Our Services

At Dr. Arenia C. Mallory Community Health Center, we offer sliding fee discounts based on family size and income. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Our services will be provided to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP, and offer payment options including VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH/CHECK, and DISCOVER.

We also provide specialized services like Chronic Care Management, where our team provides patient education and communicates with patients regarding chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, depression, and more. Our providers and certified family planning counselors provide contraceptive management education about contraceptives as well as other family planning options. Furthermore, nutrition counseling is available to children and adults who receive primary medical care at Mallory Community Health Center. Our nutritional counselors have expertise in prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding support, pediatric nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, and chronic diseases. WIC services are also available on site.
