Issues with Treatment Plans and Communication
According to Andrew Thompson's review, the therapists at this establishment tend to dismiss any concerns parents may have about their children's treatment, and instead, stick to a predetermined plan. Additionally, even the preschool teacher of the children being treated has voiced similar concerns, suggesting a lack of effective communication and listening skills among the therapists.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Holly-Ollie and Leah have had very different experiences. Both reviewers mention that they found the therapists to be friendly and knowledgeable, and that the waiting room is clean and well-designed. Specifically, Holly-Ollie's son felt comfortable talking to the therapist and expressing himself, while Leah praises the therapy team for being knowledgeable and helpful.
Waiting Room and Design
One notable aspect mentioned by Leah is the impressive design of the waiting room. She commends the designer for creating a clean and welcoming space.
