Unreliable Reservations and Closed Locations
Melanie Mitton's 1-star review highlights a disappointing experience with a business. Despite booking a reservation two weeks in advance and receiving multiple confirmation emails, as well as a text reminder an hour before the scheduled time, the author arrived at the location to find everything closed. When they attempted to contact the business by phone and email, they never received a response. This lack of communication and closure raised concerns for the author, particularly since the location was an hour's drive away.
Entertaining Experiences and Friendly Staff
On the other hand, Joseph Benton's 5-star review shares a positive experience with the same business. His first visit was a comedy night on Valentine's Day, which he described as a great night of entertainment. The business transformed the barrel room into a stage and seating area with tables, and staff were friendly and helpful in assisting with seating and serving.
