Our Mission
From the opening of our very first location in Uptown in 2013, to our growing family of eateries around town, we've made it our mission to serve only intentionally-sourced, chef-inspired, scratch-prepared creations that are both nourishing and delicious. We make food that makes you feel good, inside and out and serve it up fresh in a welcoming environment that instantly makes you feel at home. Our Story
Chef and restaurateur Mary Nguyen is no stranger to serving her Denver neighbors unique dishes, inspired by her love for savory food made fresh. Mary's goal has always been to make fine dining both fast and affordable, and do it in a casual setting without compromising on quality or taste. Chef Mary is a firm believer in the mantra: "you are what you eat". At Olive & Finch all our recipes are lovingly prepared from scratch with only the freshest ingredients. Because good food is thoughtful food, we strive to create enjoyment with every sip and bite.
Our Locations
*Uptown*: The first Olive & Finch is located in a fun, diverse, and eclectic neighborhood we're proud to call home. Just north of Capitol Hill and not far from beautiful City Park, our Uptown location offers counter service, a comfortable dine in setting - including a patio, and curbside service, too.
*Cherry Creek*: Just east of downtown our Cherry Creek location is imbued within tree-lined streets close to many of the shops and galleries that form this chic corner of town. We're proud to be a part of this neighborhood- so come join us on the patio, or grab a snack to go and take a stroll.
*16th Street Mall*: An all day cafe and bakery, Little Finch offers craft coffee, cocktails, sweet and savory pastries and grab and go products just a few blocks from Union Station on 16th Street Mall. Whether you're in a rush, on a first date, or need to get in some "work from home" time, Little Finch aims to create a memorable experience for every Little Finch that flies through the door.

From savory dishes to sweets, your Olive & Finch favorites are packaged perfectly for a group to share and then delivered to you at home or the office. Whether it's a corporate lunch, social reception or home dinner party, we can take you and your guests on a truly unique culinary adventure.
