Muay Thai Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are a high-energy workout that will push you to your limits and get you into the best shape of your life. Our experienced instructors will teach you the fundamental techniques and strategies of Muay Thai, a highly effective form of self-defense and an essential part of an MMA fighter's training.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submissions. Our instructors are certified under the Thai Boxing Association, and our classes are designed to challenge and improve your physical fitness, self-defense skills, and overall well-being.

Tai Chi
