Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
ARMHS enhances stability, social skills, and emotional regulation through budgeting, household management, and employment training. Services are delivered in group or individual settings for adults with serious mental illness. Eligibility requires Medical Assistance and a diagnosis of persistent mental illness.
Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS)
IRTS provides 24-hour structured mental health treatment for up to 90 days, focusing on symptom management, counseling, and life skills development. Designed for adults with multiple hospitalizations, it includes discharge planning and tobacco cessation support. Located in three accessible facilities across Minnesota.
Supportive Housing Programs
Our housing programs combine affordable housing with on-site services to promote stability and independence. Options include 24/7 staffed apartments like Rising Cedar and Minnehaha Commons, targeting individuals aged 55+ or experiencing homelessness. Services address community integration and personal goal planning.
