Our Story
At Lavender Hills Assisted Living LLC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care for the elderly in a homey and elegant environment. Our founders, Mark and Janet Coulter, have invested their hearts in designing, building, decorating, and administering the facility from the ground up. They originally purchased the property in 2002, and the first building was completed in 2004. The second building was completed in 2008, and the third building opened in November of 2016. They have made it their personal labor of love, fulfilling their vision of elderly care that goes above and beyond in every detail. They have designed it to be a place where they would like to live, where residents and their families can truly feel at home and where they are treated as individuals.
Facility & Amenities
Our facility offers a range of amenities and services to make our residents feel comfortable and cared for. From delicious home-cooked meals to weekly personal laundry, weekly housekeeping, and daily exercise classes, we strive to provide a sense of community and comfort. Our trained staff is available 24/7 to assist with personal grooming, hygiene, and medication management. We also offer additional services such as assistance with ambulating, transferring, and special diets.

Our monthly activity calendar is full of crafts, games, and excursions to keep our residents engaged and entertained. From art classes to bingo nights, we strive to provide a sense of fun and community. Our activities are designed to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical exercise, ensuring our residents live a fulfilling life.
Our Family
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. Our Administrator, Jennifer Boss, has been with us since 2008 and has advanced from a caregiver to an Administrator. She is dedicated to ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. Our Assistant Administrator, Sarah Wickenheiser, is the oldest daughter of Mark and Janet Coulter and has been with us since 2004. She is committed to providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
